This 12 week challenge is a physical and mental challenge to create a healthier mind, body and spirit. This Challenge will jumpstart your body transformation by using Movement, Nutrition and Meditation.
You will use intentional movement 6 days a week, with a focus on cardio and resistance training. Your movement regimen will include stretching, strength, and mobility exercises, with days alternating between upper and lower body activities.
This challenge will help you with healthy nutrition choices. You will eliminate all processed foods, soda and sugar. You will eat three to five times a day choosing from a menu plan designed for you.
As Movement and Nutrition have equal importance in your physical transformation, Meditation and Inward Reflection will sync your emotional transformation. Meditation styles and duration options will be offered so you can modify your program to suit your needs.
With accepting this challenge and choosing healthier lifestyle choices, your commitment to this clear and simply structured plan will provide amazing results. You will experience a calmer and clearer mind and an increase in your energy and confidence. By motivating yourself, you can also serve as motivation for others.
